PHOSPHOR TESTING / IN DEVELOPMENT

Small engines.
Serious evidence.

A developing emissions-testing program focused on the 660 cc engine class used in Japanese kei vehicles. From the first configuration question to a technical record that can stand on its own.

Phosphor Testing is being developed separately from Phosphor Motor Co. Laboratory capability, accreditation and service availability have not been verified. This is an information preview, not an offer to perform certification testing.

TESTING IS A STEP

Know what is measured.
Know what comes next.

Engine-emissions testing creates evidence for a defined configuration. It is not the same thing as receiving an EPA certificate, clearing customs or qualifying a vehicle for road use.

01

Define the engine.

Identify the exact engine, its controls and its intended use before choosing a test program. Displacement alone does not determine the regulatory category.

02

Agree the program.

Confirm the applicable standards, test cycle, required pollutants, durability approach and any evaporative-emissions work with qualified specialists. Resolve sample import permission before shipment.

03

Prepare the test article.

Record the sample identity and condition. Confirm the engine package, controls, wiring, intake, exhaust and aftertreatment required by the selected laboratory. Keep a record of every configuration change.
