What Phosphor Motor Co. keeps when you send a request or call, who sees it and how to have it deleted. In effect from 1 November 2026.
Who keeps it
Phosphor Motor Co., phosphormotorco.com, is operated by The Burroship LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, the company that also runs Mini Truck Co. and the mini truck family of sites. It keeps what you send through this site and what you leave when you call.
In one line
We keep your request, tell you who we shared it with and delete it when you ask.
What we keep
From the request form: where you are, the kind of truck, when, what it is for, your name, your email, your phone if you give it, how you would like us to reach you, which path you chose, the dealer named if there was one and whether you ticked the box to share. The page you sent it from and the time it arrived. If you call (970) 626-8525, the number you call from and any message you leave, which is written out and sent to us by email. Our host, Netlify, records what any web server records to run and protect a site, such as the address your browser connects from. Some pages keep a draft or a choice in your own browser, and it never leaves it. There are no ad trackers and no analytics cookies on this site.
Partner dealers and pay
Phosphor Motor Co. finds trucks through partner dealers and importers across the country and may be paid by them. If you ask, we pass your request to a dealer. We tell you which one. A dealer may pay us when a request we pass leads to a sale. That never changes what a truck costs you to ask about, and nothing is passed without your yes.
Who sees it
The people who run Phosphor Motor Co. Netlify, which hosts the site and holds the form, the phone service that answers our line and the mail service we write from, each only to do that job for us. A dealer, only if you ticked the box that says we may share your request with the dealer we pick for you, and we tell you which one before we do. Anyone the law requires us to tell. We do not sell or rent your details.
No texts
We write by email or call, the way you chose. We do not send text messages.
How long
Up to 24 months after we last wrote to each other, then deleted. Ask and we delete sooner.
Your choices
Ask to see what we keep about you, to correct it, to delete it or to know who we shared it with, by writing to phosphor@neonburro.com or replying to any email from us. We answer within 30 days.
Children
Phosphor Motor Co. is for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep anything from a child.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change about who sees your request is made before it takes effect, never after.
